Meghan Horosko (she/her) is a photographer, printmaker and painter, residing on Treaty 6 territory, in Alberta, Canada. She studied darkroom printing and photography at Ottawa School of Art and Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara, Mexico, later pursuing printmaking, painting and encaustic in Alberta (SNAP, University of Alberta, MacEwan University, Red Deer Polytechnic University). Her work has been described as “monochromatic, moody and mysterious.”
Meghan is an active member of Edmonton’s film photography Monochrome Guild and the Society of Northern Alberta Print-artists (SNAP), where she teaches darkroom silver gelatin and cyanotype printing. Her work is retained in SNAP’s permanent print archive, as well as private collections in Canada, Mexico, United States, and Germany.
